| Harbor Cottage is a luxurious getaway--perfect for a couple or small family. On the first floor there is a screened in porch overlooking the harbor and mountains. On the second floor there is a deck overlooking the ocean and harbor and another deck overlooking the harbor and mountains. The first floor has an open plan living area, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a bathroom with a 2 person jacuzzi bathtub. The second floor has a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. | ||
| There is a converted artist's studio situated next to the house that serves as a second bedroom with a double bed. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. All linens are provided, down quilts on comfortable beds. charmingly furnished, immaculately clean. Phone, satellite TV and VCR/DVD are also provided. | ||
Directions for Harbor Cottage: Follow the directions for Sea Mist Garden Main House but continue to follow the blue Swan's Island Ferry signs once you turn onto route 102A in Bass Harbor. These signs will lead you to take a right turn onto Shore Road off of route 102A. Once you turn onto Shore Road in Bass Harbor you will pass the Sea Food Ketch Restaurant, The Wharf Restaurant and the Underwood Condominiums on the right and the Bass Harbor Country Store Historical Society Museum on the left. Harbor Cottage is the third house on the left after the Historical Museum. It is located on the corner of Grandville and Richtown Roads. |
